There will be two levels again this year: Basic and Intermediate/Advanced.
Basic
You have never attended a Balboa class before or you don't remember much? Then the Basic level is just the right choice for you. The first class takes place on Friday evening and lasts 1h30min. You will learn the basic steps and everything you need to enjoy your weekend from the first party. You will continue your Balboa adventure with further classes: 2x 1h30min on Saturday and 1x 1h30min on Sunday.
Intermediate/Advanced
Intermediate, Int/Adv or Advanced? The choice is always very difficult and depends on the other participants. At the Rocky we offer you flexibility. You can choose one of four rooms, each corresponding to a level (one room is for Advanced, two others for Int/Adv and the last one for Advanced). Feeling a little tired from all the partying? Then choose the Intermediate room. You want a challenge? Then go to the Advanced room.
Each room also has a theme (Pure Bal, Bal Swing or Teacher's Choice). So you could also decide to dance only Pure Bal or Bal Swing for the whole weekend!
Of course we also need some flexibility from you so that there are as many followers as leaders in each room. In total you will have 3x 1h30min classes on Saturday and 1x 1h30min on Sunday.
The Int/Adv classes will be held in English.
